The optional £300 onboarding fee covers two 1-hour sessions consisting of Executive Coaching with Liberte and a Market-Positioning Workshop perfect for those who are either just entering the market or feel they need support with client outreach. The £40 monthly fee gets you access to our rich community of Fractional peers across various sectors and specialisms. Unlocks on-demand pitch/CV reviews, access to templates and benchmark data, invitation-only roundtables and online meetups, and curated introductions to peers and clients.
It depends on how you wish to pay, month by month at £40 then you can leave any time with 1 month notice, paying up front for 6 or 12 month keeps cost down but gives us your commitment for that period, before you choose to renew or not.

The Hub is a professional community and a support group. Think of it as a curated team of fellow Fractional specialists who share insights, swap feedback, and open doors for one another. PeopleRe will help you WIN clients by positioning yourself in the market.
That said, members who engage, show up to meet-ups, share expertise, and build trust, will regularly land new work through relationships formed inside the Hub and of course the added bonus of getting access to PeopleRe client briefs when they are relevant.
The community consists of leaders with diverse backgrounds and specialties across various industries. The common thread is that members have worked in a specialist area at a senior and now work in a fractional or consulting solopreneur capacity.
We are also looking for members who are interested in joining for the community, to build relationships, and improve how they choose and win their clients.
