We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of face-to-face training for all our Rehabilitation Support Workers.

Our training ensures that all mandatory areas are covered to meet CQC compliance, and we go beyond the basics to provide specialist, client-specific training where needed.

All training is delivered by highly qualified and experienced trainers, and sessions are run regularly throughout the year. Our core training includes:

• Medication Administration (1 day)

• Moving and Handling (1 day)

• Food Hygiene and Infection Control (1 day)

• Safeguarding, MCA &DoLS(1 day)

• Acquired Brain Injury& Autism Awareness (1 day)

• Emergency First Aid (1 day)

• Learning Disability

We also offer additional client-specific training such as Conflict Resolution and Breakaway Techniques, designed to support the individual needs of the people we work with.

While our primary focus is on training our own staff, we are sometimes able to offer places to other professionals working in rehabilitation.
