What I’ve learned along the way is pretty simple — strong leadership makes all the difference. You need people who can get things done, adapt when things shift, and bring others along with them.
As a business founder myself, I understand the realities of scaling — the tough calls, the people challenges, and the importance of getting the right team in place early. I’m straightforward in my approach, focused on results, and genuinely care about helping businesses grow through great hiring decisions. I believe that supporting business growth means understanding the bigger picture — aligning people strategy with commercial goals, not just filling roles.
I work hard and play hard. So my spare time is spent with the people I love, good food, laughter, and making space for the moments that matter (ideally somewhere with music and a decent glass of wine).
